WORK EXPERIENCE
Erin joined True Wind in 2026. In her role as CFO, Erin oversees the firm’s finance and operations platform, including fund accounting, valuations, tax, treasury, and investor reporting. She’s focused on ensuring the integrity of True Wind’s financials, building scalable processes, and supporting the investment team with timely information as the firm grows.
Erin has 20 years of experience in finance and has served as CFO across several firms. Most recently, Erin was a Partner and CFO/COO at Flight Deck Capital, a global long/short cross-over fund. Prior to that Erin served as CFO/COO at Tenzing Global, an equity long/short TMT and consumer-based fund. Prior to Tenzing Global, Erin served as the CFO for Dalton Investments, an investment management firm focused on Asian equities from 2010 – 2019. Before joining the hedge fund industry, Erin was an Accounting Manager at Colony Capital, a private equity firm where she built out the operational infrastructure for Colony’s first debt fund. Erin started her career in 2006 at KPMG as an auditor in the alternative asset sector.
EDUCATION
Erin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts where she graduated magna cum laude. Erin is a licensed CPA and a CFA charter holder.
