Calder joined True Wind in 2026. As an analyst, he works with the investment team to find outstanding businesses, analyze investment opportunities, execute deals, and support portfolio companies.
Prior to joining True Wind as an analyst, Calder interned at True Wind as well as Gauge Capital and Sorenson Capital.

Calder holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University
Personal Life
In his free time, Calder enjoys skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, and hiking. If Calder didn’t work in private equity, he would spend his time traveling to the best ski resorts in the world and cheering for the Utah Jazz.
