WORK EXPERIENCE
Flint joined True Wind in 2026. As an associate, he works with the investment team to evaluating and executing investments in new platforms, as well as supporting initiatives in portfolio companies.
Prior to joining True Wind, Flint was an analyst at Lazard and Palm Tree.
EDUCATION
Flint holds a B.S. in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Personal Life
In his free time, Flint enjoys playing and watching soccer and baseball, as well as snow skiing and spending time in Napa. If Flint didn’t work in private equity, he would start a surf school in the Dominican Republic.
