In July 2021, Nebula Caravel Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC sponsored by True Wind, completed its merger with A Place for Rover, Inc. Renamed Rover Group at closing, “Rover” is the world’s largest network of five-star pet sitters and dog walkers. In February 2024, private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone took Rover private with continued participation from True Wind.
