In November 2016, True Wind invested equity capital in THE SWITCH to support its acquisition of Pacific Television Center and the company’s next phase of growth. In December 2022, Tata Communications, a global digital ecosystem enabler, entered into a definitive agreement through its wholly owned international subsidiary Tata Communications (Netherlands) B.V. to acquire a 100% equity stake in The Switch Enterprises, LLC.
