At the time of True Wind’s acquisition, most industry constituents were utilizing paper documents to manage their workflow (e.g., Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, Invoicing, etc.). Transflo offered a software solution which helped its customers expedite the adoption of new software solutions to improve business processes. True Wind partnered with management and helped Transflo redesign and develop new technology, introduce new products and leverage strategic partnerships to automate workflows and improve operational efficiencies. Additionally, Transflo’s acquisition of Canada’s leading technology solution focused on trucking brokers and carriers has further propelled the company’s prominence in North America and into Canada. In May 2023, Transflo announced a merger with Assured Telematics Inc. (ATI), a top-tier provider of fleet management solutions, to deliver an end-to-end solution suite.
