WORK EXPERIENCE
Andy joined True Wind in 2025. In his role as Managing Director, Andy sources and executes new transactions utilizing his expertise in IT and other tech enabled services, financial technology and payments, and vertical software.
Andy has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking and has invested in over 10 platform investments and 20 total transactions across a wide range of software and technology services. Prior to joining True Wind, Andy was a Principal at H.I.G. Capital where he led and managed investments in the technology sector. Prior to H.I.G., Andy led and managed buyout and growth equity investments in fintech, HCIT, software, and tech services at Parthenon Capital and Boathouse Capital. He began his finance career as an investment banker at Financial Technology Partners.
EDUCATION
Andy holds a B.A. in History and Economics from Williams College, where he graduated with honors.
Personal Life
In his free time, Andy enjoys playing racquet sports and exploring the Bay Area with his wife and son.
