WORK EXPERIENCE
Catherine joined True Wind in 2026. In her role as Controller, Catherine oversee the firm’s financial infrastructure, ensuring the integrity of True Wind’s accounting and reporting processes. This includes managing key external partnerships, such as fund administration, tax, and audit, to deliver seamless financial operations that support our investment activities.
Catherine has 9 years of experience in finance and brings with her a passion for bridging the gap between complex fund accounting and modern technology. Prior to joining True Wind, Catherine was a Controller at Juniper Hill Capital Management. Before that, she was a tax professional at Deloitte Tax.
EDUCATION
Catherine holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Personal Life
In her free time, Catherine enjoys tennis, badminton, hiking, biking, kayaking, watching movies and reading books. If Catherine didn’t work in private equity, she would be a full-time student of art appreciation – whether visiting the world’s most iconic museums or discovering emerging contemporary artists – she has always found that studying art offers a unique perspective on the world that is both grounding and inspiring.
