WORK EXPERIENCE
Glen joined True Wind in 2026. In his role as Operating Advisor, Glen helps portfolio companies establish and drive initiatives that improve their overall operations and performance.
Glen brings 14 years of experience to the table and was most recently COO at Teamfront, a platform acquiring and investing in founder-owned vertical software companies. Prior to Teamfront, Glen acted as a strategic advisor at EverCommerce, where he partnered with management teams to prioritize company goals and execute on opportunities. Before that, he was an investor at Guidepost Growth Equity. Overall, he has supported over 65 acquisitions across B2B software and tech-enabled services.
EDUCATION
Glen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.
Personal Life
In his free time, Glen enjoys concerts at Red Rocks, discovering great restaurants and playing tennis. If Glen didn’t work in private equity, he would create documentaries about interesting stories never before told.
