WORK EXPERIENCE
Johnny is an Operating Advisor at True Wind and focuses on driving growth, optimizing operational processes and creating overall value amongst our portfolio companies, including VitalEdge, AIA Contract Documents, Sterling Capital Brokers and W Energy Software.
Prior to joining True Wind in 2023, Johnny was Chief of Staff at W Energy Software, where he played an instrumental role in helping the company to build and implement operational processes that identified growth opportunities to improve performance. He began his career in investment banking at Architect Partners (a boutique tech M&A firm in Palo Alto) before transitioning to the operational side through strategic planning, sales strategy, and finance roles at PAX Labs, Samsara, and Red Ventures.
EDUCATION
Johnny holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.
Personal Life
In his free time, Johnny enjoys outdoor activities including squash, hiking and fishing. If he wasn’t offering operational expertise to growth-stage technology companies, he would combine his business expertise with his passion for sports to crack the front office operations of a sports organization.
