WORK EXPERIENCE
As Executive Assistant, Minerva brings more than 15 years of experience and provides administrative support to True Wind Capital’s investment team.
Prior to joining True Wind in 2023, Minerva worked at Shield AI, a defense technology startup, and prior to that, she spent eight years in KKR’s San Francisco office supporting high-profile executives across the investment operations, global markets operations, and accounting teams.

Minerva holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Personal Life
Minerva enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling and attending live music events in her spare time.
