In January 2020, True Wind acquired Sysnet Global Solutions, a family-owned business and a leading managed security services and payment compliance provider for payment processors and merchants.  The business provides cybersecurity and offers software, services, and support for merchants to become compliant with the Payments Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) globally.  Since True Wind’s investment, the company has acquired and integrated four businesses, diversified further into cybersecurity, expanded the product portfolio, rebranded to VikingCloud, established a secondary headquarters in Chicago, IL, and more than tripled revenue. True Wind helped VikingCloud in leading the diligence of the four acquisitions, professionalizing the organization, and enhancing the company’s leadership.
